• We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced fullcycle, Senior Sales Leader who thrives in zero-to-one environments.
• This is not a “take a playbook and run” role, you will create the playbook from our success in Europe, pressure test ICP, refine messaging, and help shape our U.S. go-to-market motion.
• You’ll be the face of MyAmici in the U.S., working closely with the CRO, CEO, marketing and operations support. You’ll open the US market, generate revenue, and lay the foundation for a scalable sales organization.
• Own the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, solution design, negotiation, and close.
• Build and manage a healthy outbound + inbound pipeline.
• Run high quality discovery to understand laboratory, procurement and finance challenges.
• Validate and refine our ideal customer profile and value proposition in the U.S.
• Develop messaging and outbound sequences that drive engagement.
• Create early repeatable sales processes and handoff workflows.
• Network extensively in the target markets
• Optimize competitor battlecards
• Capture customer insights and work tightly with our product team to influence roadmap.
• Co-create ROI narratives and business cases for scale-up, mid-market and enterprise prospects.
• Champion customer success and early account expansion.
• Help shape the commercial culture and hiring standards for future AE/BDR roles.
• Represent MyAmici at U.S. events, conferences, and leadership conversations.
• 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales and sales management experience (lab operations, lab procurement, lab informatics).
• Proven success closing mid market and/or enterprise deals ($25k–$1M ACV).
• Comfortable building structure in a fast moving, ambiguous environment.
• A storyteller: strong communication skills and an executive presence.
• A builder’s mindset — you experiment, iterate, and operate independently.
• Strong values around connection, empathy, and customer partnership.
• Experience in early stage or first sales-hire roles.
• You create a repeatable early pipeline motion within 90 days.
• You close flagship logos and early deals to accelerate our growth plan
